THE RACQUET GARDEN (TRG)
Use of Courts Rules and TRG Rules and Regulations
Welcome to The Racquet Garden (TRG). We at TRG are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of everyone using its premises. We believe that it is important that players, members, coaches, staff and parents/guardians should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others. To keep things safe, fun, and fair for everyone, please read the following Terms & Conditions before using our facilities.
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
All players understand and accept that padel and all racket sports carry inherent physical risks, including but not limited to strains, slips, falls, accidental collisions and/or getting hit by balls and rackets. By entering the facility or participating in any activity at TRG, all players and visitors voluntarily assume full responsibility for such risks.
2. Limitation of Liability
TRG and its staff shall not be liable for:
Any injury or accident unless caused by proven gross negligence.
Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including vehicles or equipment.
For transparency purposes, the TRG Facilities, including the padel court walls, glasses and the related metal and glass fastening tools, are assessed on a daily basis with the courts maintained and assessed every 2 weeks. The rackets are also cleaned daily. The Court glass in particular are made of 12mm high quality tempered toughened glass and are designed to withstand high impacts from padel balls and player collisions, which are deemed suitable for both casual and competitive play.
All players are therefore prohibited from wearing any unsuitable outfit, or part thereof, including wihtout limitation any inappropriate shoes and jewellery, to minimise any damages to the glass. In the unlikely event that it does break, it shatters to small relatively harmless pieces. It will not break into big shards of glass.
3. Attire & Safety Requirements
All players must wear appropriate padel/racket sport shoes and clothing. This helps reduce injury risk and protect the playing surfaces. Non-compliance may result in denial of access.
4. Supervision of Children
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. TRG shall accept no responsibility for the safety or behavior of unsupervised minors.
5. Cleanliness & Conduct
We kindly ask all players and visitors to:
Endeavour to maintain cleanliness across all areas;
Dispose of trash properly at the designated rubbish bins;
Leave courts and common spaces as you found them.
6. Cancellations & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed via payment to the designated BIBD account number at least 3 hours before the scheduled slot.
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
No cash refunds will be issued.
However, paid slots may be rescheduled once to a later available date, subject to TRG’s full discretion and availability.
Late cancellations or no-shows shall be deemed to forfeit the booking fee.
7. Rain & Wet Weather Policy
Rain can create dangerously slippery conditions on the turf. If it rains:
Players must contact TRG immediately during the affected booking slot to request a reschedule.
If players continue playing, they do so entirely at their own risk, and TRG shall be indemnified from all liability and shall not be responsible for injuries or accidents.
8. Opening Hours
TRG is open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
All players must vacate the premises by closing time.
No cars shall be left in the parking lot beyond the booking time or after operating hours.
9. Facility Access

You waive any claim to royalties or other compensation for the use of such materials.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of TRG and its facilities shall first be resolved amicably through mutual discussion, failing which, disputes shall be referred to an arbitration panel consisting of 3 neutral members (each to be appointed by TRG, the affected person and third member shall be mutually appointed by the other two members), which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance of Terms
